A rep at QB stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour looking into different things to try to help me, even though her first response was, "QB doesn't really have anything to do with your computer's password-saving features." I don't have time to find it myself. I recognize that the two devices have different platforms, but I think the analogy still holds. If my iPhone failed to ask me if I wanted to save an app password, I wouldn't contact the developer of the app I'd be searching the iPhone help features and forums for answers.
